I am so excited to announce the Christmas Mini Sessions!!
I only offer mini sessions once a year in the Fall, just in time for annual holiday greetings updates. These are a fun and quick time together and as always, we get fantastic pictures to treasure all year long! Without further adieu, here is the information:
A couple of FAQ’s to help you plan:
1. What is the difference between a “mini session” and a regular session?
There are several differences between the sessions. First, it’s a shorter session, and it’s run in a “marathon” type day with several sessions stacked together. Secondly, while it is still custom photography, it is very limited in choices. Instead of meeting you in a custom location and creating props and a story to fit you, it is a standard set of posing and backdrops in a specific location. Lastly, it’s an all-inclusive price & package. Instead of a session fee and then ordering your products separately, these include your products.
2. Are there any limitations to who can be in our mini session?
While I have not specifically limited the sessions, they are intended for an immediate family. Is your immediate family just two adults and your dogs? Or are you a large family with 8 or 9 children? Regardless of the size of your immediate family, these are designed for you. A mini session does not provide adequate time to do an extended family session and we would need to save that for a full session.
3. Can we bring our dogs?
Absolutely! Dogs and pets are part of your family too! If your pet can be contained and restrained, then please feel free to bring them. As long as your animals are properly restrained and will not pose a threat to the safety of other clients, or me and my assistant.
4. Can we bring props?
Yes! But please remember we are limited on time and available space/backgrounds. If the props will take too much time, that will directly affect how many images you have to choose from.
5. While we are there, can I update my children’s individual photos too?
Since these sessions are dedicated to family pictures, we don’t break out into smaller groups and individual pictures like we would for a full session. If you’d like to include updated pictures of your children as well, then a full session is a better fit for you.
6. Do you have a military discount?
We are very proud to offer a 10% discount to military, fire fighters, police, border patrol, first responders, and teachers.
7. This sounds great!! What is the best way to book?
I am so excited to see you and get great pictures for you to treasure all year long! Just shoot me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call me at 520-226-9567. In order to secure your slot, I will need to collect the full session fee ($150 + tax for the basic or $375 + tax for the Full Service). I can take credit or debit cards over the phone, or we can meet in person for a cash or check payment (will courtesy hold your slot for 24 hours for in person payment). We are going to have a blast! There are only eight sessions available this year. Remember, the event requires a minimum of three reservations to happen.
